耐磨氧化铝衬砖

 陶瓷衬砖简述

​陶瓷衬砖是以三氧化二铝为材料经大吨位机压成型、高温煅烧而成的新产品。具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度、高耐磨等特点，广泛用于矿山码头输送物料的管道内衬，钢铁企业的各种除尘管道内衬，造球盘衬砖等。衬砖为梯形凹凸式结构，施工采用连接砌筑法，在800度激冷激热不开裂不脱落，使用寿命3-5年。

High thermal resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, high abrasion is the main characteristics. Widely used in transfer pipe lining of mining dock, all kinds of dust control pipe lining of iron and steel enterprise and granulating pan lining brick etc. The structure of the lining brick is trapezoid lenticular, and the construction adopts connect masonry. Excited at 800 degree heat is not crack-off after quencher or shock heating. The service life is 3-5 years.
